I am in Puerto Vallarta, and had my teeth cleaned, and checked. The Dentist pointed out to me 3 Smooth Surface Cavities, on the front teeth close, to the gum line. fortunately I can see them, and on this point I agree with him. He is suggesting fillings for all three of these teeth. Two of these to me appear very small, and I am thinking that it can be resolve with fluoride treatments, such as toothpaste, gels, varnishes, or fluoride-enriched water.
Has anyone had any success with that?
How soon should I have this rectified?
Note, I have zero pain, and these are the first cavities I had in 30 years
